- All clients are asked to enter debit/credit card details at the time of booking.
- A "no-show" or "cancellation fee" is something you formally agree to when booking with Restoration Spa, in leu of a deposit, as a time slot is begin taken off the market for you.
- By Booking, you authorize Restoration Spa to charge your credit card a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service value if cancelled 24 hours or less before appointment. Clients automatically get charged when cancelling "Online" themselves within the 24 hour period.
- Clients are are charged a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service value for not showing up. After a 10 minute grace period, the appointment will be cancelled and marked as a "no-show" and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value. If you no-show more than twice in a row, you will no longer have access to booking.
- No-show or cancellation fees are never a "Punishment" because something happened that was out of your control. They are the honoring of the financial conditions you agree to when booking the appointment.
- Credit Card Payments: If paying with a credit card, there will be a 2.79% + .20 processing fee.
- Don't accept the cancellation & no-show policy and book if you are not in agreement with it.
- While on the topic, if you have a card on file that is expired, reported lost or stolen, etc. Please update your card information to a valid card. If you card does not validate when we process any fees. You will receive a message/invoice which has to be paid before your next appointment.
